Ashtanga yoga practice is a series of set sequences of postures created by the late Pattabhi Jois. It comes from a long lineage of ancient yoga wisdom and is ideal for those who wish to learn a sequence they can practise anywhere. The practice incorporates Vinyasa (movement with the breath) to maintain heat in the body and to link postures together.
I follow this system for my own personal practice and teach techniques and principles in the Wednesday evening Ashtanga Yoga class. One to one lessons are also available.
