These 3 hour workshops are an extended yoga immersion and usually run monthly. They are designed to take you through yoga postures (asana) onto extended breathing techniques (pranayama) and into meditation (dhyana). The end result being a still mind and comfortable body. As a rough guide I teach yoga postures for 2 hours, enhanced breathing and mantra for 30 minutes and for the rest, meditation. My teaching style is dynamic but suitable for both beginners and experienced as individuals are encouraged to take rest when needed and alternative postures are given. Mats and blocks are provided if you need them.
