Mysore style is Ashtanga practice with more one to one attention from the teacher as you practise the sequence at your own pace. It’s beneficial as it helps with memorising the sequence and empowering as it becomes more your own intuitive practice. It is the best way to learn and practise the Ashtanga method.
During this workshop students will gain a better understanding of the Ashtanga primary series sequence, learn what to expect during a Mysore style class and gain more confidence in a self practise group setting.
Suitable for complete beginners to those who wish to deepen their existing yoga practice.
