The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali date back 5,000 years and define Yoga as “the stilling of the changing states of the mind”. Yoga practice gives us physical and mental freedoms, self realisation and helps us to experience true reality. I teach Ashtanga Yoga on Wednesday evenings, Hatha Yoga workshops monthly on weekends and Ashtanga immersions. The methods I teach are designed to build heat in the body, detoxify the blood, increase strength, core strength, flexibility, fitness, clear and calm the mind and re-energise.
